This is pretty awesome.

I scanned this negative using my iPhone as a backlight and my regular  Canon MP610 flatbed scanner for scanning.
I’m pretty happy with result, and it kinda worked better than the Nikon 35mm scanner we have at school which has a horrible software.
To have a plain white sceen on the iPhone i used the Flashlight app. Screen brightness was set to maximum.
